3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled booking will receive a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations made between 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund.
3.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking will not be eligible for a refund.
3.4 Rescheduling a booking is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
3.5 Escape Down Under reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Arrival and Participation
4.1 Participants must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled booking time for briefing.
4.2 Late arrivals may result in reduced game time or cancellation without refund if the delay exceeds 15 minutes.
4.3 The minimum age for participation is 10 years. Participants under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
4.4 The minimum number of participants varies by room. Please check specific room requirements when booking.
4.5 Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff members.
